General:
The functionality is supported by a simple and intuitive UI, following the original Pandora guidelines.
I have chosen a simple and clean layout, easy to follow due to bold graphics. Its purpose is to allow the user to focus on the matter at hand, being it the news post or interacting with the content through adding comments, etc.
The UI and UX has been developed over workshops with the client where we have discussed best approces for the target group and the client’s needs and goals
Idea box function:
My design process is based on face to face brainstorming sessions and my process for coming up with ideas. Which involves idea generation, some form of visualisation of the idea, presentation to t peers, feedback gathering and eventual improvement.
Therefore, the UI frames this process through text, imagery, and feedback annexation to the root idea.
I have chosen to display feedback comments as cards, as opposed to generic comments UI, so that the user sees that the content they add has a higher hierarchy than a simple comment.
